Shipping policy
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY, ORDER PROCESSING & DELIVERY LEAD TIME
Lead time is dependent on stock availability. Should the item/s be available, orders will be dispatched within 48 working hours, provided that payment is validated/received/completed. Our Courier Service then takes an additional 2-5 days to deliver.
Every effort is made to effect shipment of an order timeously however unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Should Pet Box be faced with such an occurrence the Customer will be contacted via email and provided with a revised shipping schedule.
Order processing will not begin until a confirmed order and full payment is received, validated and completed.
DELIVERY
Please ensure that the correct shipping address is provided from the outset as title and risk will pass to the Customer once the order has been dispatched. Pet Box only ships goods door to door locally, within the borders of South Africa via “The Courier Guy”.
The Customer accepts that in order for Pet Box to prove delivery of an order, Pet Box does not have to prove that the Customer personally received the goods, but rather that any person at the delivery address signed for the delivery.
Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. Should this event take place every attempt will be made to contact you to make arrangements for re-shipment.
RETURNS
Pet Box recommends using The Courier Guy for all returns. Should the Customer choose to use any other courier and the goods are lost then no refund or return will be considered.
